Pacific Hoseflex swivel joints are used in a range of configurations to remove stresses in all three planes of movement. Within the fluid transfer industry, the major cause of hose and expansion joint failure is because of torsional movement. Swivel Joints, also referred to as rotary unions, allows torsional movement of a piping system. When designed into a piping system, swivel joints extend the life of flexible components exponentially.

Modular4D
The modular steel construction allows easy mounting on site without welding. ModularSteel 120 and 80 are characterized by few system components and high availability. The system ensures ultimate customer satisfaction. Flexibility for clients and high protection against corrosion help save time and money.
Modular4D enables you to reach all support locations in a three dimensional space. The 4th dimension is the time you save during the period of the project – time for planning, manufacture and modification of the plant.

Used in the fueling and defueling of commercial and private aircraft. Resistant to jet fuel and higher aromatic aviation gasolines. Also for use on hydrant service. Meets both API 1529–6th edition, 2005 and European Standard BS EN 1361; 2004.
Fittings:
– Male BSPP Smooth tail
– Female BSPP Smooth tail
– Safety Clamps
This range of high quality composite hoses is manufactured from multiple layers of polypropylene fabrics and films. The inner wire helix is 316 stainless steel. AVA SG is the same design as CODE 969, but has a thinner wall thickness therefore the working pressure is decreased. AVA SG is designed for use as a delivery hose of aviation fuel.

Metallic Hose >
Metallic hose is especially designed to achieve several objectives in pipe work design. These include, absorption or vibration, operate under vacuum, handle temperature extremes, suppress rigid pipe noise transmitted, accommodate reciprocating and flexing movement.
Composite Hose LNG >
Hose is suitable for handling LNG Liquefied Natural Gas, Liquid Methane and liquid Nitrogen at -200°C. Liquified Natural Gas LNG at extremely low temperatures.
KLAW Breakaway Couplings >
Breakaway couplings have break studs that hold the two halves of the coupling together. Its purpose is to resist external loads as well as line pressure up to a pre-determined point. This design activates when it is subjected to forces higher than the break load setting.

General Purpose Smooth Bore PTFE >
The inner hose core is manufactured from PTFE. No pigments or additives are incorporated, thus giving the hose liner a translucent appearance free from any contamination.
Hoseflex Smoothbore / Convoluted PTFE >
PTFE liner tube is smoothbore on the inside but convoluted on the outside, to combine the ease of assembly and high flow rates of a smooth bore hose with the flexibility and kink resistance. Approved for food and chemical transfer applications.

Liquid Chlorine transfer is one of the most complex handling problems in the chemical industry today. At regular temperatures, chlorine is a gas possessing a strong aroma. When the gas is cooled at atmospheric pressure, it liquefies, forming clear, amber liquid. PTFE is the ideal transfer medium due to its unique properties; it is the only hose that can adequately transfer Chlorine in a safe manner.
Pacific Hoseflex’s Chlorine transfer hose meets and exceeds the Chlorine Institute specification on operating and test qualifications. Pacific Hoseflex’s exclusive design resists the toughest handling and collapse. In addition, the low profile helical convolutions facilitate easy draining. Each assembly is marked and recorded for traceability.

Pacific Hoseflex produces exhaust bellows for major car, bus, truck and automotive companies. Being a quality endorsed company enables us to meet the standards of these recognised multinational associations. Materials include stainless steel 304, 316, 321 and carbon steel. Pacific Hoseflex custom manufactures to designs and meet customer requirements and specifications.

From year 2008 to present, Pacific Hoseflex has had continuous certification to Management System ISO 9001:2008. In recent years PHF has implemented an Integrated Management System that incorporates Quality, Safety and Environmental responsible practices.
PHF is proud to announce that in April 2013 we have successfully gained certification to AS 4801:2001 Safety and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems.
In addition to International and Australian Standards to back them, PHF is certified by the Australian Gas Associated (AGA) for Stainless and Rubber Hose assemblies, Department of Transport (DOT) approved brake lines and Class 1: 4041 Welding.

KLAW BREAKAWAY COUPLINGS
Breakaway couplings have breakstuds that hold the two halves of the coupling together. Its purpose is to resist external loads as well as line pressure up to a pre-determined point. This design activates when it is subjected to forces higher than the breakload setting.
KLAW EMERGENCY RELEASE COUPLINGS

The KLAW Emergency Release Coupling offers a release collar mechanism that resists operating loads which can be release via a cable or hydraulic system. A dual system utilising both cable and hydraulic is also an option. This system can be designed to your specific needs

Flexible loop applications that include thermal expansion and contraction, and/or building expansion and contraction (singularly or in combination with seismic considerations), are engineered by the system designer to account for the cumulative movement(s) of each individual system.

Rubber expansion bellows can be used for both suction and delivery (discharge) due to its excellent stability and pressure capacity. Rubber Expansion Joints are generally used as connectors between vessels operating at widely different temperatures ranging up to 115°C.

Expansion joints are employed in piping systems to absorb different thermal expansion while containing the system pressure. They are successfully utilised in refineries, chemical plants, fossil and nuclear systems, heating and cooling systems, and cryogenic plants.

Made from contour moulded PTFE, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and flex-life. The liner is moulded over the metallic sealing face which eliminates gaskets and reduces bacteria build up. Accommodate varying degrees of misalignment, axial and angular deflection.
